About the Project

The property was a maisonette with unconverted loft on the first floor of a Victorian Terrace. With the loft conversion and extension the internal layout has completely changed to host the living and kitchen area at loft level and three bedrooms below. A little balcony has been created in the extended loft using Velux Cabrio Balcony.
